Artist's Comments
First vegan sushiroll I have made. Filled with paprika, cucumber. Sprinkled the filling with cheese, and slightly brushed with Sambal Uluk cream (garlic chilli souce). It was a nice surprise, I did not fancy maki sushi before, as when eating it in restuarnts it tasted and smelled too "fishy". The home made one was simply delicious.
